I cannot recommend Emma enough. I have had surgery this year on my shoulder followed by a hip replacement - She has been outstanding throughout - in the initial stages following surgery, then with 1:1 physio and setting me exercises and finally in the wider group pilates sessions where she has ensured that I have completed all the exercises correctly and to the best of my ability to continue my recovery to full fitness. She listens to what I have to say and is alway encouraging - an amazing support on the road to recovery.

Emma shows a high level of knowledge and understanding of the various problems I have had over the past few years. She listens to me and then works out her treatment for me Recovery from the injury is rapid Yes I would reccomend her as a physio

Emma is always professional, but added to this is both perceptive and kind. Following a spinal fusion thirty years ago my back continues to be a problem. This is kept at a manageable level mostly by exercise and Pilates. This is where Emma is really helping me. She never misses a thing, checking that I do the exercises accurately and at the right level. Emma seems very aware of my pain levels, I never have to explain which is great. I look forward to my classes and appreciate her humour and encouragement.

I have complete trust in Emma. She listens carefully and demonstrates very good understanding of problems. She has the knowledge and experience to suggest effective treatment. The considerable progress I have made since my hip surgery is down to both the one-to-one sessions I had with her and now the remedial Pilates class she runs. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I first saw Emma for individual sessions, having suffered from a very painful hip joint for several months. Emma quickly diagnosed poor standing posture and balance and recommended exercises both at the Clinic and at home. After several weeks the pain had reduced enough to join her clinical Pilates classes at the first level. Progressed to second level and am now pain-free and much fitter and more flexible. Classes are fun and friendly and Emma is great at making sure you are doing the exercises correctly to your best ability.
